I have special memories of coming home from school and my mother would always have the house cleaned and she would usually be workin
g in her yard. However, when I went inside there would be an after school snack waiting for my brother and I on the kitchen table or counter. The snack that sticks out in my memory is of the Armenian Cucumbers soaked in vinegar! We grew the cucumbers in our garden.
